Jennifer started her recruiting career at a local temporary agency in Syracuse, NY and has since recruited for agencies and corporations located in Washington, DC and the San Francisco Bay area. She has worked as a manager, training and development coordinator and an on-site/contract recruiter. With experience on both the agency and corporate in-house recruiting sides, Jennifer has developed a throrough understanding of client needs and their staffing protocols.
