Chris Rubacky is the Founder and President of CVR Search & Staffing, LLC. Chris opened CVR Search in 2002 on the strength of demonstrated client loyalty and his love of the recruiting field. A former teacher, community mediator, and conflict resolution trainer, Chris got started in legal recruiting in the midst of the dot.com boom. Jennifer Byrd Rubacky has been in staffing for over twelve years. Jennifer started her recruiting career at a local temporary agency in Syracuse, NY and has since recruited for agencies and corporations located in Washington, DC and the San Francisco Bay area. She has worked as a manager, training and development coordinator and an on-site/contract recruiter. With experience on both the agency and corporate in-house recruiting sides, Jennifer has developed a throrough understanding of client needs and their staffing protocols. Her love for assisting both candidates and clients in finding the right match is what has made her so successful in this business.
